Mr. Emilian Paskalev

Mr. Paskalev is a highly specialized attorney at law, with more than 22 years of experience in servicing companies, entities and private persons in the field of commercial, property and administrative law. He represents his clients in various courts, commercial arbitrations and administrative hearings and cases.

Mr. Paskalev has a well-developed practice and broad expertise in all legal and administrative procedures in the field of urban development and property law which allows him to provide his clients with legal services of highest standard in the biggest real estate projects. His approach is based on keeping close contact with his clients on daily basis and he is always the most willing and persevering protector of their interests.

Ms. Silvia Lazarova

Ms. Lazarova is a highly specialized attorney at law, with more than 7 years of legal experience in servicing companies, entities and private persons in the field of contractual, commercial and property law. She started her legal practice at a legal office and then joined the legal team of a well-known real estate agency, then joined our team in 2016. Ms Lazarova is one of the partners since the beginning of 2019.

Ms. Lazarova has strong empathy towards her clients which helps her better understand their needs and provide the most adequate legal service.
